  • Free Welcome Talk - Available for groups of 30+ (subject to availability)
  • Head Gardener's Tour - £5 per person. Maximum 25 people, 45-60 minutes (limited availability, especially weekends)
  • Heritage Tour - £4 per person. Maximum 30 people, 30-45 minutes (limited availability)
  • Pre-ordered Refreshments - Tea/coffee & cake, buffet lunch, cream tea, or packed options (subject to availability and group size)
Important Booking Information +
  • Booking and payment required at least 7 days before your visit
  • Single payment required for the whole group
  • Group discounts available for pre-paid bookings only
  • Cannot be combined with other offers (RHS, Gardeners' World 2-for-1)
  • No refunds for no-shows on the day
Cancellation Policy +

We require 5 working days' notice in writing to cancel or transfer your booking.

No refunds are available for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.

If the Arboretum is closed due to extreme weather, we will offer a full refund or transfer to another date.

Tearoom & Refreshments +

Our tearoom offers refreshments, light lunches, and homemade cakes. Due to limited seating, advance booking is recommended for groups wanting to sit together.

Pre-order options: Tea/coffee & cake, buffet lunch, cream tea, or pre-packed meals to enjoy in our picnic areas.

Important Update

As we continue our commitment to sustainability and improving our guest experience, we’re excited to share that the entire Arley Estate — including the Tearoom and Events Venue — will be going cashless from January 2026.
