We require 5 working days' notice in writing to cancel or transfer your booking.
No refunds are available for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.
If the Arboretum is closed due to extreme weather, we will offer a full refund or transfer to another date.
Our tearoom offers refreshments, light lunches, and homemade cakes. Due to limited seating, advance booking is recommended for groups wanting to sit together.
Pre-order options: Tea/coffee & cake, buffet lunch, cream tea, or pre-packed meals to enjoy in our picnic areas.
