Enjoyment for Everyone
at Arley Arboretum

We want everyone to be able to enjoy Arley Arboretum and Gardens. We are committed to making the estate as welcoming and accessible as possible for all visitors, and we continue to invest in improvements to ensure everyone can experience the beauty of the gardens.

Many of our main paths are suitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility, and we have accessible parking close to the main entrance. Our Tearoom is fully accessible and our team are always happy to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Accessible toilets are available on site, and we welcome assistance dogs throughout the arboretum and gardens.

We are currently developing a detailed accessibility guide with route maps, downloadable resources, and further information on the facilities available. In the meantime, if you have any questions or specific requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Important Update

As we continue our commitment to sustainability and improving our guest experience, we’re excited to share that the entire Arley Estate — including the Tearoom and Events Venue — will be going cashless from January 2026. This change helps us reduce our environmental impact, streamline operations, and support a more efficient, secure, and modern way of working across the estate. We’ll continue to accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as contactless and mobile payments. Our team is, of course, here to support anyone who may need a little extra help adjusting to the new system. Thank you for joining us on this positive step towards a greener future for Arley Estate.
